What are the check in
and check out times?
Our standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards, while check-out is at 12:00 noon. To ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are kindly asked to present a valid ID upon arrival. This helps us verify your booking and provide you with the best possible service.
Are there any extra charges for checking in early or checking out late?
Yes, an additional fee of PHP500 applies if you choose to check in either earlier or check out later than the standard check-out time. This policy helps us manage room availability and cleaning schedules efficiently.
Is there a security deposit
required?
Yes, we require a refundable security deposit of ₱1,000 upon arrival. This can be paid in cash or via GCash. The deposit serves as a precaution for any incidental damages or extra charges during your stay. It will be fully refunded at check-out, provided the room passes inspection and no issues are found.
Is there a fee for
requesting an extra bed?
Should you need an extra bed during your stay, we can provide one for an additional charge of ₱500.00 per night. Please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements for your comfort.
Are pets allowed?
We love animals, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the premises. This is to maintain a clean and allergen-free environment for all our guests.
